Description : Procurement of Hotel Services for the Network of ASEAN Defence and Security Institutions (NADI) Meeting on 16-20 June 2025

1. The National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP), through the NDCP General Appropriations 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million, Two Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,271,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Hotel Services for the Network of ASEAN Defence and Security Institutions (NADI) Meeting on 16-20 June 2025 with Identification No.: NDCP-ITB-001-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NDCP now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The project Delivery of the Goods is required on 16-20 June 2025 after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
