INVITATION TO BID FOR
Procurement of Motorcycle

1. The Municipality of Manay , through Continuing Appropriation, intends to apply the sum of P 300,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 2 units Motorcycle with specifications under Peace and Order Program of Manay, Davao Oriental with project identification # 1012220CO1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Manay now invites bids for the supply and delivery of 2 units motorcycle to be used for Peace and Order related Activities . Delivery of the Goods is required within 10 days from the receipt of purchase order. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
