PR2025-01-0008

1. The Bohol Island State University -Bilar Campus, through the Corporate Budget 2025 for the Contract Approved by the Governing Board intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Four Pesos Only (₱ 447,904.00) for Lot 1 and Four Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Fifty Pesos Only (₱496,050.00) for Lot 2 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item or with a total ABC of Nine Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Four Pesos Only (₱943,954.00) for the project Supply and Delivery of Reference Books. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bohol Island State University -Bilar Campus now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 (five) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
