INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PAYMENT FOR REPRODUCTION OF QUARTERLY PERIODIC ASSESSMENT

1. The Hiyang-Hiyang Elementary School of Cadiz City, through the Schools MOOE Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 22,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Invitation to Bid for the Payment for Reproduction of Quarterly Periodic Assessment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Hiyang-Hiyang Elementary School of Cadiz City now invites bids for the Procurement of 2 Canopies. Delivery of the Goods is required within the months of January to December as stated in Section VI-Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within 3 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
