1. The OFFICE OF CIVIL DEFENSE, through the QRF FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Pesos (PHP9,988,330.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot:
