1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Disaster Response Management Bureau (DRMB), CY2022 Funds intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos (PhP1,608,760.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Subscription to a Design, Web, and Video and Audio Software for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) under ITB No. GOP/22-DSWD-015. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
