1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office VI, through the Centrally Managed Fund intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS ONLY (₱3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of ICT and Office Equipment for the use of Social Pension Staff (1st Posting) under ITB NO. GOP-25-DSWD-2025-05-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office VI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
