The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the Trust Fund-DRRMF-Office of the President-SCFF - Typhoon Tino intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP2,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-03-038 PROCUREMENT OF COMMERCIAL RICE, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF COMMERCIAL RICE, Eastern Samar with the following items;
