The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the Trust Fund - DRRMF - Office of the President - SCPF - Typhoon Tino intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP4,680,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-03-037 PROCUREMENT OF CORRUGATED G.I. SHEETS, Province of Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
