  1. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO- MOOE-Fuel, Oil & Lubricants Expenses CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Thirty-Two Pesos & 40/100 Only (PhP15,000,032.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-03-031 PROCUREMENT OF DIESEL, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF DIESEL, Eastern Samar with the following items;
