The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO-A.O. #17, s. 2025 - Purchase of Hospital Equipment (501-394) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Thousand Pesos Only (PhP1,009,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-03-027 PROCUREMENT OF BASIC HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
