The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO-A.O. #17, s. 2025 - Purchase of Hospital Equipment (501-394) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP4,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-03-026 PROCUREMENT OF WIRELESS FLAT PANEL DETECTORS, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
