The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO-A.O. #17, s. 2025 - Purchase of Hospital Equipment (501-394) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (PhP3,712,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-03-025 PROCUREMENT OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT &ACCESSORIES, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
