  1. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO-Grants and Donations CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos Only (PhP2,475,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-02-018 PROCUREMENT OF MEDALS, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF MEDALS, Eastern Samar with the following items;
