  1. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the Special Education Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Four Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (PhP1,604,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-01-004 PROCUREMENT OF TRANSPORATATION FOR EVRAA 2026, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
