The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the 5% LDRRM Fund CY 2025-2.6 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Sixty Pesos Only (PhP3,371,060.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-01-003 PROCUREMENT OF GO BAGS, MEDICAL KITS AND HYGIENE KITS, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
