1. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO-A.O. #17, s. 2025 - Purchase of Hospital Equipment intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (PhP1,699,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2025-11-095 PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND DIAGNOSTIC DEVICES, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
