  INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
  PROCUREMENT OF DIESEL, Eastern Samar
  
  1. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO-MOOE-Fuel, Oil & Lubricants CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Fifty Pesos Only (PhP13,000,050.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2025-10-080 PROCUREMENT OF DIESEL, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF DIESEL, Eastern Samar with the following items;
