1. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the A.O. No. 17, S. 2025 Procurement of Reagents/Medical Supplies under the Lease and Supply Agreement with San Pharma intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Two Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos Only (PhP22,254,855) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2025-09-076 PROCUREMENT OF REAGENTS, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
