The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO-Grants and Donations CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (PhP8,999,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2025-03-040 PROCUREMENT OF FULL SUBLIMATION POLO SHIRT, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
