  1. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO - Grants & Donations CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP5,850,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2025-02-032 PROCUREMENT OF TANOD VEST, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF TANOD VEST, Eastern Samar with the following items;
