  1. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO - Capital Outlay 2025 (Utility Vehicle) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP5,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2025-01-003 PROCUREMENT OF UTILITY VEHICLE, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
