INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
“SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 LOT HYGIENE KITS”
ITB No. G-2025-289

1. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, through its General Fund CY-2025 intends to apply the sum Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 420,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 LOT HYGIENE KITS” for PPDO-GAD-Essential Health Care.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon now invites for the above procurement projects. Delivery of the goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the projects. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in section II (Instruction to Bidders).
