INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
“SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 LOT OF DOPPLER MACHINE, GLUCOMETER AND OXIMETER”
ITB No. G-2025-061

1. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, through its General Fund CY-2025 intends to apply the sum Six Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 633,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY 1 LOT OF DOPPLER MACHINE, GLUCOMETER AND OXIMETER for SP-ONAHON”.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon now invites for the above procurement projects. Delivery of the goods is required by fifteen (15) Calendar Days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the projects.
