  PROJECT TITLE: PROVISION OF FORWARDING SERVICES FOR THE VISAYAS DISASTER RESOURCE CENTER (VDRC) FOR CY 2026
  
  PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NO.: DSWD7-PB-2026-18
  
  1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office VII (DSWD Field Office VII), through the authorized amount in the General Appropriations Act (GAA), continuing, and automatic appropriations, or other authorized source of funds intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Million Pesos Only (Php150,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Forwarding Services for the Visayas Disaster Resource Center (VDRC) for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
