  1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office VII (DSWD Field Office VII), through the authorized amount in the General Appropriations Act (GAA), continuing, and automatic appropriations, or other authorized source of funds intends to apply the sum of Two Million Thirty Thousand Pesos Only (Php2,030,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Janitorial/Utility Manpower Services for DSWD Field Office Negros Island Region CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
