  Project Title: Supply and Installation of ICT Equipment for DSWD Field Office NIR

  1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development-Field Office VII (DSWD-FO VII), through the authorized appropriations for Fiscal Year 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php 3,108,550.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of ICT Equipment for DSWD Field Office NIR.
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The DSWD Field Office VII now invites bids for the above Procurement Projects. Delivery of the goods is required within Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the Project, at least 50% of the ABC or equivalent to Php1,554,275.00.
