Project Title: Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture and Fixtures for the Office Improvement of DSWD Field Office Negros Island Region

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development-Field Office VII (DSWD-FO VII), through the authorized appropriations for Fiscal Year 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php2,201,500.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture and Fixtures for the Office Improvement of DSWD Field Office Negros Island Region.
Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
