  1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development, Field Office VII (DSWD-FO VII), through the authorized appropriations for Fiscal Year 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php3,600,000.00), as payment under the contract for the Repair and Improvement of Regional Warehouse Storage and Other Facilities.
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The DSWD Field Office VII now invites bids for the above Procurement Projects. Completion of the Work is 90 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
