The Department of Social Welfare and Development-Field Office VII (DSWD-FO VII), through the authorized appropriations for Fiscal Year 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Five Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Nine Hundred Ten Pesos Only (Php11,591,910.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rebidding of the Supply and Delivery of Grocery Items for the Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) for CY 2025 in Eastern Cebu Province - Lot 3: 6th and Lone (Lapu-Lapu City and Mandaue City) District.
Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
