  Project Title: Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for DSWD Negros Island Region Employees

  1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development-Field Office VII (DSWD-FO VII), through the authorized appropriations for Fiscal Year 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php 7,464,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for DSWD Negros Island Region Employees.
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The DSWD Field Office VII now invites bids for the above Procurement Projects. Delivery of the goods is required within Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
