Project Title: Provision of Forwarding Services for the Visayas Disaster Resource Center (VDRC) for CY 2025

Project Identification No.: ITB No. DSWD7-PB-2025-15

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development-Field Office VII (DSWD-FO VII), through the authorized appropriations for Fiscal Year 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Eighty-Seven Million Pesos Only (Php87,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Forwarding Services for the Visayas Disaster Resource Center (VDRC) for CY 2025.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DSWD Field Office VII now invites bids for the above Procurement Projects. Delivery of the goods is required within Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the Project, at least 50% of t...
