1.San Lazaro Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC-1) invites interested bidders to participate in the Negotiated Procurement-Two Failed Biddings in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as “Government Procurement Reform Act” for the procurement of Laboratory Supplies and Laundry Services;
