REPAIR OF IMMP BUILDING IN JOSE FABELLA CENTER (JFC) UNDER DESIGN

AND BUILD SCHEME

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office - National Capital
Region (DSWD FO - NCR), through the Centrally Managed Fund (CMF) - MOOE CY
2025 intends to apply the total amount of Two Million Two Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand
One Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos and 36/100 Only (P2,285,134.36) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Repair of IMMP
Building in Jose Fabella Center (JFC) under Design and Build Scheme. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DSWD FO NCR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the
Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days upon issuance of
Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The
