REPAIR OF FACILITIES IN JOSE FABELLA CENTER UNDER DESIGN AND

BUILD SCHEME

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office - National Capital
Region (DSWD FO-NCR), through the Regular Agency Fund, FY 2025 General
Appropriations Act, RA 12118, Specific Budgets of National Government Agencies intends
to apply the total amount of Four Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Two
Hundred Fifty-One Pesos and 33/100 (P4,754,251.33) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Repair of Facilities in Jose Fabella
Center under Design and Build Scheme. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DSWD FO-NCR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of
the Works shall be:
