REPAIR AND MINOR REPAIR OF THREE (3) COTTAGES IN ELSIE GACHES VILLAGE
(EGV) OF DSWD-NCR UNDER DESIGN AND BUILD SCHEME

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office National Capital Region
(DSWD FO NCR), through the CRCF - Centrally Managed Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the
total amount of Six Million Two Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Three and 30/100
Pesos (P6,209,453.30) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the
contract for the Repair and Minor Repair of Three Cottages in Elsie Gaches Village (EGV) of
DSWD-NCR under Design and Build Scheme. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DSWD FO NCR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works
shall be:
