PURCHASE OF HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE BISCUIT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN BENEFICIARIES IN THE ELEVEN (11) LGUs FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM 15TH CYCLE

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development - National Capital Region through the Authorized Direct Release Fund and Centrally Managed Fund intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (8,745,000.00). Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Late bids shall not be accepted.

2. The DSWD-NCR now invites bidders for the PURCHASE OF HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE BISCUIT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN BENEFICIARIES IN THE ELEVEN (11) LGUs FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM 15TH CYCLE Delivery of Goods and Services shall be in accordance with Section VI.
