The Cultural Center of the Philippines, through the Corporate Operating Budget of FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Seven Pesos (Php 3,462,947.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Twenty Four (24) New Inverter Split Type Air conditioning Units of Various Capacities at the Ground Floor of Two-Storey CCP Administrative and Finance Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Cultural Center of the Philippines now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Project is required within Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
