1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty Nine Pesos and 20/100 (PhP6,677,159.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for, ITB NO. 2026-DM-18 / PIN NO. 2026-DM-18. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
