1. The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION - CENTRAL OFFICE (PRC-CO) through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) and the FY 2026 National Expenditures Program (NEP) intends to apply the sums below being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
