1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act 2025 (GOP) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (PhP6,240,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of 2400 VIALS TRASTUZUMAB 150MG LYOPHILIZED POWDER WITH DILUENT CY 2025 (PIN NO. 2025-DM-106): . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF 2400 VIALS TRASTUZUMAB 150MG LYOPHILIZED POWDER WITH DILUENT CY 2025.
