1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eighteen Pesos and 80/100 (PhP1,579,618.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for, PIN NO. 2025-DM-01 / ITB NO. 2025-DM-075. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
