Description : The Bids and Awards Committee hereby invites all qualified bidders for the Procurement of ICT Equipment and
Software Subscriptions for DILG FY 2026. Prospective Bidders must have completed at least three (3) years contract that is similar to the above-mentioned project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in the Instruction to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (Revised IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act.
