INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF INFRA (IMPROVEMENT OF BOOY TENNIS COURT) BARANGAY BOOY, TAGBILARAN CITY

1. The Sangguniang Barangay of Booy, intends to apply the sum of One Million Thirty-five Thousand Six Hundred Six Pesos and 69/100 (Php1,035,606.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Infra (Improvement of Booy Tennis Court) Barangay Booy, Tagbilaran City for ITB No. 2025-11-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Sangguniang Barangay of Cogon now invites bids for Procurement of Infra (Improvement of Booy Tennis Court) Barangay Booy, Tagbilaran City.

3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
