The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO-Capital Outlay CY2025 - Construction of New Capitol Building Phase 5 (Social Hall & Al Fresco Refreshment Area at Roof Deck) to Include Land Development at the Vicinity of the Capitol Building intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP4,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract ITB NO. 2025-07-194 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENT (ROUNDABOUT), Borongan City, Eastern Samar.
