1. The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the Trust Fund - Local Government Support Fund - Financial Assistance to LGUs and Support for Capital Outlays and Social Programs FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos Only (PhP20,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract ITB NO. 2025-04-174 CONSTRUCTION OF FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD IN LLORENTE EASTERN SAMAR PHASE 2, Llorente, Eastern Samar.
