The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the Capital Outlay CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Four Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP54,920,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract ITB NO. 2025-03-148 ROAD OPENING OF TANDANG SORA TO TUGOP TO MACAPAGAL, Gen.
