The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the Capital Outlay CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Pesos Only (PhP17,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract ITB NO. 2025-03-147 ROAD OPENING OF AGUINALDO-QUIRINO, Gen. MacArthur, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
