1. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), through the FDA-Special Account in the General Fund (FDA-SAGF) CY 2025 in the amount One Million Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos Only (PhP1,316,948.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement for Service Provider of Twelve (12) Months Subscription for Transactional Email and SMS Client Notification. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening

2. The Food and Drug Administration now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required to be within Thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
