INVITATION TO BID

Procurement of One (1) Year Subscription of Cloud Infrastructure for FDA

1. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), through the FDA-Special Account in the General Fund (FDA-SAGF) CY 2025 in the amount Sixteen Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos and 55/100 Centavos Only (PhP16,150,874.55), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Year Subscription of Cloud Infrastructure for FDA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening

2. The Food and Drug Administration now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required to be within Thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
